Can't upload my own smileys

My forum is a free forum from http://www.freeforums.org and when I switched over to phpbb3 I lost all the smileys I had added in the old phpbb2 forum.I have tried to readd them, but in the end I get a general error square on my screen. They said that the would take a look on the problem, but they haven't done it. Would anyone here please help me?

I'm afraid it sounds like only your host can sort this out as there is an SQL error of some sort.

Yes, I know and I have asked them, but they haven't replied. I just wonder if there are more freeforum-members here who has got the same problem when they switched over to phpbb3.

Best thing to do is keep mentioning it on their support forum and they will do it... especially if more people come in and start saying the same problem is happening to them.
