It didn't tell me to do any file edits

You need to configure it first. Select a CAPTCHA from the drop down box (such as Q & A and then click configure and then filling the required info (such as the questions and answers) and then you can set it.

Thanks for letting me know of Q & A. I realized that a Q & A captcha is better, because everyone should be able to answer that question.

i put the code in and nothing shows up. is it supposed to be like that? Or do i have to go and modify it myself before it works?
