Has anyone used Casale Media for advertising? If so, what was your experience with them, and do they call you at all?

I've been looking at switching from Bidvertiser to them.

All I made since August is $1.05. I prefer CPM sites like Casale

No, never. I don't really like PPC sites, because they're so hard to make money off of. I make pennies from Bidvertiser, so I want to get money for traffic, not clicks.

Might be able to help you out as i have a couple of sites and i'm starting to gauge what goes well on what type of sites.

We earn quite a bit from Bidvertiser but not to much. When we had the google ads on here we seemed to earn much more.

unless you have lots, and I'm talking 10,000+ views a day here, CPM is most often worthless because it mays far far less then clicks and the adverts are usually the ones most users hate - with sound, animation and expanding bits

you can make a lot from CPC sites if you make them fit into your design, position them correctly and take other steps

I guess I'm not going to make a dime any way I do ads. ~lol~ Most of the money I got from Bidvertiser was me clicking the ads while at a public location. There were two people who clicked on the ads.

4,000 pageviews per day isn't going to cut it, is it?

probably not, but you can easily make a lot from CPC. Why aren't you using Google adsense - it is far mor ebetter then bidvertiser or Yahoo Publisher ads which are similar.

I don't use AdSense because they don't pay by PayPal, only by check.

Actually, Adsense does do Paypal now.

You should try Adtoll, I'm getting average $0.05-$0.07 cents a click. ^^

I suppose EFT could work.

I don't like getting paid by check because I'm not 18 yet.

EDIT: Oh look, they even want tax information. Not going to happen.

Perhaps I'll use dWhite's suggestion.
