Cash mod?

I cat figure out how to install the cash MOD? can anyone help me?

I can see there is a install.txt file there but when i open it, its impossible to read!

If it is in .txt format open it in wordpad not notepad. In notepad it will look messed up but wordpad sets it out properly so it is easy to read -😉-
