CB Needing A few Ideas

We recently recieved a review on our website we are a promotion forum and i need a few ideas with what has been pointed out

Suggestion:
Try and invent a new service or something unique to draw attention to your visitors and guests to register.

Nice site there is only lack of a unique idea

A bit lacking on service staff

So my question is how can we get more staff as i have been trying really really hard and just cant seem to succeed.Also how can we invent ideas that no other promotion forum has and make people interested in joining.And what one unique thing can we do to make our forum stand out and say we are a little different to other forum

If I had a method of being unique online, why would I give it for free. A little invention can bring in thousands, to millions.

Have you asked your own members what they would like to see improved or added to the forum?

Yes i just did this one of them asked for a free service week os we have done that and another one asked for a link directory where you can see a image of your website so we have now added that to

Hm...it might be a good idea to make a combination with a hosting site to offer making forum service 😀 I never have seen that but not sure if it would work anyhow If I think of a good idea I will post it 😀

Your forum design looks great gemmk1, but your forum titles and layout look more than a little familiar 🙂 I'd agree with the reviewer and recommend that you try to be more unique. Try to offer value to your members based on their feedback and suggestions, rather than following your competitors.

We have now introduced post to host basically if you can do 500 posts a month which is 16 posts a day we give you free hosting all the time.Allso we are offering hosting at a cheap and affordable rates which is $0.99 a month and also we are offering a code which will give you 1 months hosting free of charge.We have a free service week going on this week which some one suggested so we are slowly introducing ideas what other forums have not got .We are working ion changing the forum categories and forum titles and descriptions around it will take a few days to complete<br /><br />-- 01 Jul 2011, 02:08 --<br /><br />

We have really been busy changing the forum descriptions and categories and allso changing the guidelines etc etc.I hope that this looks alot better than it did before hand.I would like to hear how you feel about the forum now we are still working hard on everything so there a few more things we are in the middle of changing so we don't look like any other forum.And i would like to thank you for pointing out that my old forum had alot of similarity to here that what i get for copying an old forum of mine what i did not put together.So once again id like to say sorry if we did look like you,And thank you for giving me the chance to rectify the forum

It looks much better now, although the "Managing Online Forums" category still looks familiar 🙂 The other suggestions I would make to improve it, is to merge some of your forums, so that you have less forums but that the ones you do have include more posts and are more active.

And thank you fergal we concentrated on the first page first but i will have a look at merging alot of the forums together and allso changing the other sections that you have pointed out to me
