Celsius

 No......you don't subtract 1 after you divide NUMPTY, you do the math right in the first place ha ha 😛

here is the formula once more.....get your pen ready

To find Celsius - minus 28, divide by 2
To find Fahrenheit - multiply by 2 , add 28

That's it, no more, no less.........😉

Looks like we're going to have lots of fun doing fractions

...and technically I'm MrsTake anyway as I'm married

From what I can tell Celsius means nothing to anyone.
Because nothing exists outside of F*K YAH AMERICA! :/

From my perspective, it seems logical that zero (0) is the base for freezing water, so I find it weird that such a basic digit is not used in the Farenheit system to denote a shift from one state of matter to another.
^ Also this.

Well that really helps.
Celsius is actually being using in my school.... but considering they don't even tell us how to use it...

Who here can read temperature in Celsius? I can only read Fahrenheit.

I would hope and assume most people in the UK at least seen as it's our main one rather than Fahrenheit, I can but my wife prefers Fahrenheit. Like today where I live it is 15'C 😛

Which I assume is about 30 degrees higher than when water freezes in Fahrenheit.

I was in High School when Canada first started to convert to metric. Now, when I hear the temperature in Celsius, I automatically convert it to Fahrenheit in my head. Most people say it wrong though. Celsius is not measured in degree's like Fahrenheit. So to say 20 degree's Celcius is wrong, it's just 20 Celsius. 😛

Im from Spain so i read the temperature in Celsius, i don't know to do it in Farenheit. :/

Im ok with the Celsius so its not such a same. x)

Besides there is always very hot here, and to be at 40ºC sounds better than to be at 100 F. O.O

I assume that's about.. 70 or 80 degrees for you.

It was about 80 today, supposed to cool down tomorrow.

80 degrees are around 27 ºC right?, that's nothing for me. x)

Here on my city it is 40 ºC and i tried several conversors to farenheit and all of them say 40 ºC are 104 F. T.T

Yep, because errybody knows celsius is the superior temperature measurement. 😛
Does it really matter which way you read temperature as long as you know how hot or cold something is?

I totally agree. It does not matter. As long as I know what the temperature is going to be today, I am happy.
