They would include climbing bleachers or doing suicides (a thing where you run to an object, run back, run to the next farthest object, run back etc..) Anyway, the 2nd would wear people out when trying out for basketball in middle school, but so many kids were out of shape, not ready.

There are allot more.. So what would you pick
  • Walking.
  • Running And Jogging.
  • Swimming.
  • Cycling.
  • Indoor Rowing.
  • Dancing.
  • Jumping Rope.

Perhaps I'm too old for this topic but I am really amused with that sport called Parkour. The guy would run up a wall or jump from a wall. But it's not just jumping but risking oneself from injury. In one Parkour event, I had seen several players with blood on their elbow and hand. One had a bump on the head. I wonder why they have to risk injury when there are other sports that they can practice.

It seems like skateboarding and similar stuff are the same.

Jogging, cycling and jumping rope are the ones I use to do at home since I don't go to a gym. I also have some exercise equipment at home like the ab roller and adjustable abdominal machine. It's really easy to use and gets even better with time with amazing results just make sure you have the right diet as well.

I never have liked hard non-game aerobics aside from jogging and bicycling. Anyway, jogging is often more effective than bicycling because bicycling is way easier than jogging - unless the terrain has big hills.

Anyway, though, I can do a cross country ski simulator. Those are great when there is no jogging and to test endurance, but I like jogging better.
