Is there a way to change home address on paypal?

I want to change from the US to Japan.

Send them an email to change it. Giving them a ring would be a more speedy approach.

When I moved I'm pretty sure I did it online, just log in to the PayPal site and change your details.

Log in to paypal and go to Profile -> Add or Edit Address

Hmm, I don't really know then :shrug: I find it bizarre how you can't change your PayPal address on your account. It's as if they are telling you to stay put and not to move location.

I try changing my details and it only allow US locations.
