Change Keyboard shortcuts in Xenforo?

I've been looking around for a little bit but unsure if I am able to do this or if there is a addon out there that will allow me to change keyboard shortcuts on Xenforo. For example using the arrow keys to flip threw thread pages on the forum.

I don't think there is away. unless you go in the back end of the website and code it
