Once these changes are made in a few weeks, the plan is to do the following:
1. A new section will be created which merges the official review service with the peer-to-peer service.
2. This section will be set so that you cannot create new topics. New topics should instead (once these changes go through) be created in the new, combined section.
3. After about a week, this forum will be set as a subforum of the new Review Headquarters forum, where users will be able to view their old peer-to-peer topics for reference. A redirect forum will be put in place of Peer-to-Peer reviews, and will remain in place for a month or two.
4. After a few months, this section will be merged with the "Closed Review Requests" section, which will be a subforum of the new review headquarters.
These changes will begin within about a week.
