Refreshed and still no luck, this is the error message I am getting

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hm... I think I know why. I had to ban several British IP's due to a series of hackers I got several months back. I hope to have fixed it by the time you've read this message.
