First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I'm a really big fan of your theme. It's very simple, but there's a certain charm in its simplicity. Although this is a relatively common color scheme, I don't feel as if I've seen this theme a million times before like I do with some other themes. Your banner at the top is simple as well, but it looks really nice. You've also got some really nice icons on your forum. I really like this theme. It works well for your forum, and I really wouldn't recommend changing it!
Your forum looks reasonably active at first glance. Your amount of posts is a bit low, but you've got a decent amount of members. You also don't have any empty forums.
Overall, I was quite impressed with your forum at first glance.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index is reasonably organized, but your index is unnecessarily long. Your layout is close to where it needs to be, but there are some changes you can make to further condense it. First of all, I would recommend making your "Members Websites" and "Social Networking" forums sub-forums under your "Techie Addicts" forum. Secondly, I would recommend making "Humor Addicts" a sub-forum under "Off Topic." This would eliminate an entire category. I would also recommend either eliminating the "Reality TV" forum and moving the topics to "Television" or making the "Reality TV" forum a sub-forum under "Television." These changes will reduce the size of your index quite a bit, thus making navigation easier.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently gains about forty-five posts per day, and you have about twenty-two posts for each of your forty-four members. These statistics aren't horrible, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. You should definitely be registering on some other general discussion forums and posting around. You can advertise your forum in your signature or perhaps even in a thread (if the rules permit advertising). You can also check FP for some tips about promotion and search engine optimization.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You currently have two administrators and two moderators. This is a good amount of staff members for now. However, one of your administrators is not posting actively.
All staff members should be encouraged to post actively and create content for users to discuss. If the users have more content to discuss, then they will post more. Make sure your staff members are actively creating content. Your staff members appear to do a good job of welcoming new members for the most part. Just make sure that all of your staff members remain active.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Although some of them are quite short, your descriptions are pretty good. However, you need to make sure that all of them have full stops or periods where the sentences end. You may also consider fixing the descriptions that are extremely short. However, your forum descriptions are very good for the most part.
