First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The one thing that hits me the most on first visit is the banner. It is excellent! It matches the colors of the forum and it fits in nicley, well done on that.
I also notice the news in the portal. It is really helpful and pretty cool. I would say that you did a nice job working on that portal.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
A lot of the forums seems just thrown out there. I would consider moving the "Forum Fun" forum into the General chat forum.
I would also consider revising the social network section. Maybe do away with the section until you have users who use more sites. Possible forums to add to the category wold be sites like Twitter, Digg, ect.. This will provide more chatting about social networks.
The images next to the forums look really nice. Not too big and not too small, they fit perfectly into the forums theme and colors.
The Chat Addicts News banner has moving text and is extremely hard to read. I would consider (if possible) to slow down the text so it is readable and feel more important.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
For such a new forum it has a lot of activity. It looks as if you have 7 returning/active members which is one of the best starts I have seen, this means 7 people are interested in posting and using your forum for sometime.
Good luck getting to the 1,500 Post milestone!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Administrators return daily, and even while I am surfing the forum now, I see a Admin on just browsing posts which is a very good sign. I would also like to point out that I see no flame or spam posts in site. Your advertisement section looks very well moderated and watched, overall great moderation!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The forum "Picture Perfect" has no description. I have no idea if these are graphics made by users, a photography forum, and I cannot perceive what the contents of that forum is. Adding forum descriptions will help you Search Engine wise as well as help your users better navigate and find what they are looking for in your forum. The same goes for the Movies forum.
You need a period at the end of the Announcements forum, the "World News" Forum, "At Home" forum, "sporting Addicts" forum, and the "Santa's Grotto" forum.
Other than that all spelling and grammar seems to be in order here!

Final Remarks: Overall a great forum. It looks very nice, and with a few revisions, it has the possibility to be perfect!
What was most liked about the website/forums: Defiantly the forum images and the theme, A+ on that!
