Pros:
The first thing I notice if your banner. I do like it and it looks pretty cheerful, however it seems that the banner has been distorted or something because it is appearing very blurry. If you could get the creator to change the text and make it a little less choppy I think that would be great! I lik the template you have. It is very professional and sleek but could do with a bit of colour in it. Adding custom Icons would do wonders for it THT!
The thing I really love about your forum is the concept, I completely love the idea of a teen support forum. I think your doing a really, really good thing. Your stats are good for the time that you have been open. Around 3 members a day are joing according to your the member - time ratio. Keep up the good work in the department

Cons:
Your forum is looking slightly dull as of now. It needs some spice and something to make it loom different from every other forum on the street. People want something new. Due to the fact that your forum is a teen chat forum I think the the forum should look a little more kiddish.
I see that you have added Google Adsense to your forum. Considering the fact that you have under 15 members and your Alexa Rank isn't great I would steer away from the ads. You won't be making much at the moment. Once you get bigger then you should consider adding the ads
