Yeah, many chat sites, when contacting the admin, I either get:
A. No Response
B. They say they will take a look at things (weeks later and still no change)
C. They say "we have a clean chat room". Excuse me for thinking music chat would ever be clean.

Forum specific chat rooms (mainly IRC) that require user registration and a certain amount of posts before getting access.

General chat rooms are just dodgy, and not a good place to go, but if a chat room is specified to a certain place, then it tends to be good to use.
