First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First of all, I am one of the big fans of this template and it fits your banner and your forum really really well. Your forums look a bit muddled up though why in the world is there a 'Testing' forum visible for everyone to view? It is making your forum look unprofessional and not need. I recommend hiding it so only staff to see? If that is what the forum is about because it does not say. Also you could split your forums into different catagories which would make it look more organised and easier to navigate.
I really like your banner to, whoever made it has done a good job.... exept from using a used icon which is the smilie face I think. The banner gives a happy and sinterlating vibe to the forum

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Putting the forums into different catagories will be better for your layout. it's a minor fault but will work towards a better forum. As I said before your banner and template is good and eveything blends together to make a lovely looking chatty forum

I think you caould also add some more forums and give other things for members to post on. Such as Forum games and talk about specific things.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Total posts 568 • Total topics 106 • Total members 32 • Our newest member DarkRaven. I see that alot of your members are from ForumPromotion, in a way that is good egtting new members and all and shows how hard you have worked over the last month of so but it is also bad for your actuall forums activity. You need members that will come back every week and post and help out.
For the amount of members you have your posts are good. I see you the admin have been posting around alot and creating topics which is great!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I have my own account with you so I could see who was staff and who was registered. From what I can see you have no staff what so ever? So I can't really judge you on this. What I can say is that it would be great to get 1 admin of 1 mod just to help you out with maintaining the forum and keep everything legit.
I'm sure with the help of one more admin or mod it would give you the chance to rest while he/ she does some of the work.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your grammar is really good. Word perfect almost exept from some spelling mistakes and wrong punctuation. I think you need to work on how professional you are looking though, some of your posts aren't even one line and I think they need to be a bit more lengthy. maybe giving more info or adding pictures anyhing to make it more professional. Other than that, good job on this part of the section
