Having some idiot college student " monitor it " while he's studying isn't going to do jack-****. It's the parents job to make sure their children aren't in chat rooms with pedophiles and perverts, not some online rent a cop.

Then there needs to be more softwares that can block websites that do this that the parent can download and add any sites and then they get blocked from them.

No. It doesn't come down to stupid software programs. Most kids know how to get around them by age 8.. Control, Alt, Delete, find the process, close it, done.

It comes down to parents getting off their asses and taking a look at the screen once in a while.

Or adults can stop being retarded and supervise their 8 year olds online, instead of blaming it on the rest of their world that their child saw boobs on the internet.
