First Impressions - (Out of 20)
My first reaction when I got to your forum is that your skin is GREAT. I love it. The icons, menu, banner, etc., all look great. I also noticed you're using IP.Board, which is always a great forum package because of its extensive set of features. Your skin looks really futuristic, which fits the term "revolution" quite nicely. Everything looks really nice! Great job, this forum looks good from the start.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You know, I'm not sometimes not a fan of these dark forum skins. However, your forum pulls it off very nicely, and it looks great. The icons on your forum look really lit up on the dark background - almost like neon. As I mentioned, it has a very futuristic look and is a great skin. Viewing forums, posts, the index, and pretty much everything else was a pleasure. I do have two small complaints about the layout though. One, you can't click the banner to go back to the index, which is something I'm used to. Also, some of your smileys look bad on a dark background. No big deal though, those are very minor complaints. Everything else looks great.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Your forum began about a month ago. You have 47 members and 2,585 posts. That's great for a month. That would indicate you're getting members and posts everyday which is always great. Some of your forums though lack posts. "Advertising Section", "Market Place", "Display Case", and "LOL" are some of the forums I noticed that are in severe need of posts. While your forum seems perfectly active, that could make people think it's not active. I would consider either making those subforums, or completely deleting one. They just don't seem popular enough.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Out of 47 members, you have 7 staff. 3 admins and 4 mods. You are WAY overstaffed. I can't imagine why you would need that many staff at all. 3 admins seems a bit overkill, but when you add 4 global mods onto that, then you're starting to be EXTREMELY overstaffed. I would stop hiring any staff for a long time.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
Your grammar for the most part was OK. However, there were some things that could be improved. This is one of your board descriptions: "We welcome all questions, comments and suggestions regarding Chatting Revolution. Feel Free to Post your comments here." You're missing a comma and some of the capitalization is messed up. It, in that case, should be, "We welcome all questions, comments, and suggestions regarding Chatting Revolution. Feel free to post your comments here." This one, "New to Chatting Revolution? Come on in and Introduce yourself to the community." should be, "New to Chatting Revolution? Come on in and introduce yourself to the community." This one, "A place to chat with other Members" should be, "A place to chat with other members. You get the idea. A lot more of your forums are like that. It's not spelling your forum descriptions are messing up, it's the grammar.
