First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
To be honest, the first impression I get from this forum is that its dull and boring. The Grey really destroies the forum and kills the mood. I feel like im at a funeral really. I think you need to add some color to it. Perhaps a blue would splash it up a little.
I like the buttons at the top, even tho they are from Forum Promotion. The chat box isn't in the way, which is a great thing that most people mess up on. The only thing that I would change is the colors. I think thats the worst thing at the moment.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The navigation of the site was a tad confusing. The navigation bar at the top lacks a 'Forum' or 'Index' button, making it moderatly hard to get back to the forum's index. You should remove the 'Member Teams' because it is disabled. I would also advise fixing the Shoutbox button, its half-cut off.
The Layout of the forums themselves is fine in my opinion. The only thing I see that could be changed is the Rules section. It might be better to stick the rules as a topic in the 'News' forum.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
"Our members have made a total of 7,902 posts; We have 103 registered members" This is great for a forum that has been open since March 14,2009. The most ever members online was 97, and that was less than 10 days after you opened your forum! Mate, your forum is skyrocketing with activity and members. You are doing great!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I have to say that you are just a tad bit overstaffed. A fourm your size should really have 2 admins max and 2 mods max. You have 3 admins and 2 Mods. You know that one of your mods hasn't been online for a month now? You might want to fix that staffing problem soon.
On the other hand, they are doing a fine job at moderating and admininstering the forum! Good job.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The spelling and grammar of your forum is fine, for the most part. A few of the forum discriptions are missing periods and some, like 'Life' have misplaced commas. I recommend going through that and fixing those mistakes up.
As for Professionalism, the forum discritptions could use some work. "Then post it here." and "This is the place to be serious and debate." are not good, but not horrible. I would change them to something that does not include the word "Here" in it. It would make it look a lot better.
