Upon first accessing your site, I noticed there were a few things about the theme that didn't look very nice. Without scrolling down, at first glance I can see the very bottom of the four advertisements. They weren't completely aligned with each other but that to me isn't anything to worry about because it's hardly noticeable. However, what was noticeable was the fact that above the navigation bar was what I could only assume was an edit to the theme. There was a big black chunky line that contained what I think were sponsored advertisements. Up there, they don't look very nice and should be relocated and clearly labeled. Finally, I see a mass of links, starting with "SEO Help" and then continuing with relationship advise and how to talk to boys & girls, not something I'd expect nor want to see on a forum like this.

Your site statistics were something that really shocked me, because as I scrolled down looking at the latest post dates for each forum I was not very impressed because not one of them were either "yesterday" or "today" which is what you'd expect in an active or at least semi-active forum. Instead, they were many days ago which makes the activity levels look very poor. However, I was in for a big shock. When I got down to the "Board Statistics" there were 3,020 users active in the last 24 hours - which is very good. However, these were mainly guests. Only fifteen of them turned out to be actual members. Even with 15 members active, you'd expect to see at least one recent post being made.

This is something that I really wanted to pick up on. Because really, you only have one active member of staff - yourself. The other of course being "Admin" which is obviously controlled by you and not used a lot. I'd expect you, being the administrator, to be posting around and trying to encourage posting to try and breathe life back into the forum. But instead, you average 0.24 posts per day according to the MyBB statistics. A forum that doesn't have an active staff team is a forum that isn't going to go far.

Really, there's nothing special about this forum. Simply because you haven't made it any different to many of the other web hosting discussion forums out there. The forum includes the same old forums and categories with nothing unique to offer to get members to visit this forum over many of the more well established communities.

Final Remarks:
As with every forum, they will go far if you yourself are active and you can establish an active and posting user base. You also need to start trying to whip up some fresh new ideas to get people to join your forum rather than joining one of the more well established communities.
