Don't sell the domain ForuMansion.com , because you can purchase it from Forumotion and use it on your new forum. I have to say, the current domain that you have doesn't tell visitors anything about promotion or advertising, 😉
Plus, all of the backlinks which you've made for your past top level domain name, might be a waste of time. It would be good to use your current top level domain name on your new forum, 😉
Sure, the pages might be lost because forumotion doesn't allow you to export your forum's database, but there are other methods that you can use like 301 redirects. ( meta redirects are considered as spam to search engines )
So, keep the domain ForuMansion.com so that you'll have a better search engine ranking. Also, the domain is pretty old, so it'll be easy to even rank better than ForumPromotion.net for certain keywords related to advertising/promotion ( my forum [ iwebbuddy.com ] got on the 2nd page of Google for the term, "forum promotion" and I haven't done much work for that term , and I've gotten a lot of traffic when I got on the 1st page of Google for the term, "graphic design" & "website design forum" [ I think that it's placed on the 5-10 page of Google now, because I'm also moving my forum. There are lots more terms, but it's a long list ) and you can use this opportunity to get a massive amount of traffic from search engines.
Another reason why I'm also moving my forum to a new host, is because ForuMotion wouldn't allow us to stop search engine crawlers from indexing the 'report an abuse' page. I've gotten many sick visitors from Google because of that, for porn & sex related keywords, etc. I can give you a list and proof. ( pages are still indexed on Google.

Concept is similar to Forumansion, but it will definitely be better than a Forumotion. The drop shadow for the groups is a little blurry. The theme is a tad dull, but then again, it's not a graphics forum 🙂
