Look pagerank is not useless. Pagerank will allow you to make lots of money from your site and many sites such as digital point are looking for high pagerank links. Pagerank will still contribute to your rankings and also give people a great first up opinion of your site. It also shows you're put a lot of work into your site. If you have a high pagerank it means you have a lots of good links leading to your site that will be bringing you lots of traffic.

Pagerank IS useless, it means nothing, it does not show you have put loads of work into your site at all. I have seen pagerank 5 blog posts that are a week old with no work done to them.
He even knows that Pagerank is useless, especially now that every tom dick and harry is getting PR5+.
If you know anything about websites you will know that focusing on pagerank is not the way to go, focus on content and your search engine rankings. Not a useless number.
Do not buy from this user. I purchased and paid for a PR5 link from his website (http://adminaccess.net), and the next thing I know, he sold his website:
I've reported him. Unfortunately I can't do a chargeback because when sending it, I marked it as "Gift" as he instructed me to do so via PM.
If there's a lesson here to be learnt, it's to NEVER send payments marked as "Gift" when buying paid links. It doesn't even make sense why I did that. I'm ashamed of myself.
