A lot of cheap traffic, perhaps nearly all of it, comes from bots or redirection from low quality sources. Therefore, your best bet is always buying traffic from Google AdWords, BingAds, and Facebook. Of course, there may be other high quality sources. Can anyone name one?

There will always be places that offer traffic for cheap, and not all of them are scams, even though low prices tend to be a target of scamming when it comes to traffic. WHen I don't want to do keyword bidding, I take advantage of ad and banner networks that are less known, yet have proven to give quality traffic for what one wants.

Getting traffic, paid is mostly bots that they get to your URL. did that once to my YouTube video and it was bots and had to close down that video

Low quality traffic can get you banned by Adsense and maybe other money-making programs. That's one thing to think about when considering the buying of cheap traffic.

I learn that way indeed, won't do that again

Of course, some are saying they have AdSense safe traffic, but can they prove that?

For me, cheap traffic is dangerous, I don't want to bet my site life on them. Google ads is still good enough.

I try and do the long way of getting traffic, work hard and do it the right way

Perhaps some cheap traffic isn't dangerous. Note, the main problem is there isn't a place where cheap traffic can be discussed, like there is for web hosting. For instance, on the Digital Point forum, a whole sub-forum exists to discuss hosting.
