Cheap WHM Reseller

Does anyone know of either a cheap reseller that allows you to host cPanel accounts for a web hosting service? Or even better a reseller service that allows you to buy WHM reselling accounts?

Found one that allows me to resell WHM accounts.

I'm using the second plan http://www.vebnest.com/linux_alpha_master_reseller.php 🙂 They require activation for accounts but they replied within one hour and they're setting it up now.

Possibly. I'm also thinking of giving a couple away on competitions and such. I can always upgrade for an extra $4-5 for unlimited if I need too. 🙂
