Try making some posts around the site first and then you should be okay to post in that section.

Can't post anything on here. There's no point in being on here with all these restrictions. I just wanted to share my YouTube videos to get views, but this website just makes it impossible. I don't even know how I'm supposed to gain sufficient privileges to even be able to post anything. I tried the promotion directory, and it's the same thing there too. I can't post in ANY section. Can't one of you administrators fix this problem? If not, I need you to just delete my account completely because it's really depressing how I can't find anywhere to grow my YouTube channel...

To post in the directory you need to submit a listing here: https://forumpromotion.net/directory/add
The directory forums don't allow threads but once your directory listing is approved a thread will be automatically created.

As suggested in the other thread you started by an administrator you will need to post around the forum first to get your post count up a little and then you should be able to submit your site to the directory.
