People need to regsiter on my forum to post, just like on most... The thing I is, I keep having people/bots
trying to post without registering, since I blocked all the fake e-mail servers..

You can try installing a "Required Registration Question" and making a harder captcha code for bots to try to crack since the default Captcha code for PHPBB3 got cracked early this year.

Also, put common spam words in your word censor in your phpbb3 forum. This will prevent words like "drugs", etc from showing up in the users posts.
