Do you check on your site emails often? Do you have them forwarded to a different account?

For the organisation I volunteer for and do their emails they have all the info@ emails forwarded to an email with my name on it that they set up. I put that on my Outlook app on my mobile so if there's new emails I get a notification.

I often forget to check my site's emails. Most of the time I have them set to redirect to my personal email, but there are a few sites I don't do this. Thank you for reminding me!

I check my site email at least twice a day or more regularly if I'm sitting my PC. I have a huge number of email accounts all of which get forwarded to one account. I tend to use different emails so that I can tell if a site has been compromised or is selling my data. Email is my primary source of communication so I really do need to check it very regularly or it gets too much to handle.

Depending on the day, I check my site emails maybe 3-5 times a day. The way I have it setup is through Google Workspaces, I have a group email designated for admin which includes everything from invoice emails, contact form submissions to alerts of server issues etc

I have them forwarded to my personal into different categories, helps me keep track of the important things and such. I definitely don’t check it daily, but that’s why I have notifications turned on for the important emails.

I have them set to redirect to my personal email which I check daily.

I’ve got a number of emails for a few different sites, and I believe I’ve got the majority of them set to redirect to my personal email. There’s no telling what falls through the cracks, especially when you get hundreds of junk emails a day.

I have specific emails for all my forums and websites as well and I have them forwarded to an account that I know I will get them quickly so if they are important I get to them quickly and deal with them as soon as possible. I find it easier that way rather than the possibility of missing them.
