When is the last time you checked your login history on some platforms such as email or Facebook? I check every couple of months to make sure I'm the only one who has logged in.

I do not check that often other than if I forgot my passwords for that login site that I might not have used in a very long time. Most of all my devices are linked and so I can be on my tablet, desktop, Phone and laptop and it will remember all my passwords. Makes my life more easy and fast.

Not very often. I normally get notified if someone outside of my house gets on my account. But again, no one has access to my passwords, accounts. or even my 2FA application codes. I try to be a secure person as much as possible due to past issues.
What happened in the past?
17 years ago I bought an online game. I couldn't figure anything out on how to set it up. I met another player. I made the mistake of trusting them and "letting them help me". It was more like letting them screw me over. I gave them my username and password to Arena Net account and email. They took over the account and I had to reset all of my passwords and had to re-buy the game because they locked me out of it. I learned a hard lesson and never did that again.
