I broke my diet today and make little cheesecakes in muffin cups.

Who loves cheesecake? And do you put cherries on them?

Monchou cake yes. It's delicious, with cherries. They sometimes make em at the office. I never wanted to eat cheesecake, cause I thought it tasted like Gouda cheese or something lol.

Probably the ingredients in the cherries. Maybe fresh organic cherry sauce is better.

I freeking love cheesecake, any type of cheescake and i will destroy it. I happily drive over 2 hours to get my favourite cheese cake 😀

Cheesecake is amazing but it is not something I feel I could eat all the time as it can be quite sweet. The last time I had a cheesecake it was a toffee cheesecake and as much as it was nice, it really was too sweet with the toffee.

One of my favorites though is a strawberry or lemon cheesecake.

I think you're right. There's probably some PEG in the gel for the cherries and I'm highly allergic to that. It's not something I thought I'd have to consider daily when I eat with this stupid allergy 🙁
