Chewing on your pen?

Whenever I get a pen d start writing things down, and then look back up at my computer, I usually see the pen going right into my mouth. (Atleast the end of it) and it bothers my teeth after I do that, however it's this habit that I don't even know I am doing it. Haha.

Anyone else find themselves chewing the end of their pen, or pencil?

I do chew on my pens, pencils and usually everything else I have in my hands. It's a really bad habit. 🙁

I try not to but I'm terrible at this. I sometimes do it when I'm using a borrowed pen too. 😱
