This is a nice forum. It has a nice design to it although it could be better.
But I would suggest editing the permissions on the Announcements and Rules instead of locking them. If you lock them then it won't show when a new announcement is made which is vital for the announcement board.
You don't have InvisionFree or FTP access so you can not edit the board which leads to the question, "How are you going to do text ads?".
My next suggestion would be to transparitize the logo as the white does not look good. (PM me if you need this done.)
Try to add more advertising features, like placing a person's Ad in the administrator's signature. Most of your forum is made up of General Discussion and Media which is a bad thing. Concentrate on Forum Advertising and Graphics and try to make your forum as small as you can while doing so.
