To be frank, Chitika is horrible.
I tried them once, and the ads were so irrelevant and out of place, it was just bad. And most of the time they displayed only three sites.
 
There are not that bad if you look at their reviews.
 
Sure, the reviews are great, but keep in mind that the reviews I found were on huge 70,000+ impressions a day sites, where the ads would definitely get used the right way because most of that traffic is coming off of search engines.

The ads always displayed the same 3 sites, except for a couple occasions, and they were very unrelated to the topic where they were displaying and even the keywords didn't match the site.
