No matter how likeable they were, they did what they did. Do you feel like the rich believe they can get away with anything?

Yes and they're probably going to pay for it with prison, court, and restitution. It'd be justice if they did.

No True Scotsman and Fallacy By Accident. Not all rich people are criminals. They run the spectrum like the rest of us. They're people too.

These people here weren't rich in the moral sense where they went out worked and earned it. They were con artists stealing money from people and lying to the IRS. They earned all of their money from committing fraud according to the article you posted. They stole 30 million in loans and lived off of it, tax fraud, and made some more money off of the stolen funds which they lied about.

Todd and Julie Chrisley lived an extravagant, reality-TV-worthy lifestyle that was built on lies, according to prosecutors.
In her opening statement on Tuesday, Assistant US Attorney Annalise Peters said that the couple — best known for their USA Network reality series "Chrisley Knows Best" — submitted fake documents exaggerating their wealth to banks to borrow more than $30 million that they "burned" on luxury items while also hiding money from the IRS.

Honestly, I think all sorts of people are committing massive fraud and not just the super-rich. Some of it, though, might be understandable, though wrong.
