Christmas song of The Beatles

I was surprised to know that the Beatles has recorded a Christmas song. My friend in college had sent me an mp3 of Christmas Time Is here Again which, purportedly was an experimental recording. And I agree that it's experimental because the song is not at par with the level of the group.
