Well that's Halloween just passed. Next big holiday will be Christmas, I'm looking forward to it this year. However what really really bugs me is the fact that shops find it acceptable/necessary to put their Christmas decorations out in the middle of October or sometimes earlier!
Why must they do this?
I have always wondered this myself. My supervisor at my old job always said: Retail does the opposite of what you think is normal. It doesn't bother me, but I am sure it has something to do with marketing lol
I totally agree with you, I hate when shops do this. By the time it was Halloween, Halloween stuff was gone and Christmas stuff was in! I assume it is all competition, but I don't buy anything until December so their marketing tricks aren't going to work on me! 😀
Thanksgiving is yhe next major holiday!!! I have always wondered about Christmas stuff going up so dang early. But that means we should have everything we need to decorate our houses right?
yea I don't get why malls put out decorations soo early. I say atleast wait until the middle of November...End of November would be the best time to do it.
Ah the Christmas creep in stores. I still remember two stores in October that had both a Halloween section and a Christmas section right next to each other. If that's not a sign they're promoting it too early, I don't know what is.
Not sure what I want for Christmas this year though.
