Some dislike it and are suing. Anyway, I agree with the idea. Nonetheless, things can be abused.

I think people should be thankful of any organization that is genuinely trying to help people in need. You will always get the odd Nimby (Not in my back yard) complaining but you can pretty much guarantee they will be helping themselves long before they would ever think of helping another human being.
