I remember when I first started smoking. I would keep count of every cigarette I smoked. I would always ask the question: "Am I addicted?" I realized I was addicted once I stopped counting the cigarettes.

I did the same thing, when I was cutting back/quitting.
Only, I knew I was addicted.
