Just thought I'd say that I just graduated from high school last year, and there were, in fact, a few instances in which the kids would bring up circumcision. Usually, they would act as if being uncircumcised was weird or wrong.

Just because you haven't heard it being talked about doesn't mean it never happens. Not saying it happens all the time, but I'm sure it happens more often than you might think, at least among American teenagers.

America needs to catch up with the rest of the world.

In Australian circumcision is banned in all public hospitals and only available in private hospitals making it extremely rare now days for babies to be circumcised.

In the UK it's highly uncommon.

Most of Europe do not circumcise anymore.

In New Zealand and Canada it is also very uncommon, more so now days in Canada.

The only places who circumcise on a regular basis is the USA, Philippines, South Korea, and a few other countries.

I completely agree with you! But America is slow as it is anyway. Europe is years ahead of America. The rate of circumcision per year is slowly decreasing.

There's more to it, especially where I live. In the South, we don't have hookers and strippers every 1/10 of a mile, and we don't even know what circumcision is, most likely. 😉

Babies are supposed to get circumcised when they are newborn, and that's how the vast majority of circumcisions are done. Trust me, as I've said, there is nothing non functional with my peni s. And by the way, it's not like these babies are facing any pain. Anesthetics are used on the newborn getting circumcised so it's really not that big of a deal. I guess what it boils down to is, if the parents want it, then that's how it should be. Parents have full control over their children until they are 18.

Firstly, yes, if you're circumcised, you have a fully functioning peni s. Can't dispute that. However, as I have explained, several nerve endings are in the foreskin and foreskin provides lube both of which enhance sexual experience. You wouldn't know as you've never had a foreskin (I'm guessing) but it does. I've spoken to people who have had circumcisions during teenage years and report several disadvantages there.

Anesthetic on infants can be very very dangerous, and can result in death. As I explained in my previous post. Parents have full control, yeah, but it's permanent damage frankly that will last you your entire life.
