Description: This forum is for those who are seeking employment with the local city or state government agencies. Since entry of civil service can be difficult, due to the long lag time. Normally an applicant has to wait 1-2 years to hear anything by mail with any particular agency for an interview, after the applicant has pass an civil service examination; which can be easily be forgotten, mail that gone missing, and moved away from an old address etc.

So I made this forum to ease the burden of lack of information that is given to civil service applicants. Since I am also in the process of securing positions with some of NYC local agencies.

The forum is one of its kind, because there is no other forum is dedicated for civil exams.

Also, I am not looking to monetized this forum with ads currently or in the future.
