First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Well, lemme tell ya, I hated that waiting page. It took forever to load and it just got in the way. It stayed at 100% for about 5 minutes till the actual content loaded. It looks really good though! The index page was worth the wait. Moving on to the forum, it looks pretty good. though I am not sure what all the acronyms mean. The part saying "Under Construction" looks confusing. Is the forum under construction or is the site under construction? Perhaps another part of forum or feature yet to be added? See how confusing it can be?
I am a big fan of the content bar at the bottom. It looks good and it doesn't get in the way with scrolling because it flows with the colors of the site. the logo looks pretty amazing. I like it, nice job on it, good rough texture for a rough themed forum.
However, when viewing the forum, it looks really hard to understand and read somehow. I actually read some of the forum descriptions to see what that forum was. The links match in with content. I would change the links to a new color.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
There seems to be a lot of forums that can be the same thing. It is hard to post something if you are not sure where to post. I would minimize on the amount of forums until you get more activity. I would combine many of the suggestions and help area forum together, something like Website Feedback & Technical Issues.
I would also not make your off topic area so large. Keep it to a minimum because you don't want a lot of people on your forum who care nothing about the forum except for the off topic area.
A lot of the game forums are categorized very percisly. If I were a gamer (I don't even know who makes my console) I would love that set up. Very easy to navigate and you get to everything you want.
One other note, I would move the Introductions forum higher. It looks too out of it, I couldent find it at first.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
A month opening and you have 275 posts. With two admins on board that is pretty slow. PROMOTE some more and do some exchanges. I am sure this board will prosper with activity if people actually hear about the site. You are very overstaffed at the moment. At this point you should probably wait to hire staff at a much later date with post count included.
I do see some rather familer faces on deck with you. You are starting to build a member base. Now get those members a'postin! When you finally open (unless you have) and create a cool and special contest that they will love

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Like I said, two administrators is pushing the line here. Unless he has a specific duty (I.E.) managing the site it is no harm done, but as a administrator to the community, that is much. However staff posts are long and formal, not the one liner replys you see on a lot of new forums. Shows you really like your forum

Your forum looks pretty well gaurded. No spam bots and no forum abusers. Just you and a great community. Though spam bots are hardly found on forums any more because of Captcha improvements, it still shows you are a great administrator.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I find some of your descriptions to be really humorous. I like it
😛 Many of them get to the point of the forum, they do not go on and on about it "The Xbox 360, manufactured by Microsoft is a great working..." but instead you get to it. I am not grading you on professionalism because I can tell you are a laied back board, not an official government forum. you can't find that a lot. I really like your descriptions, and they make sense. They get to the point without leaving me in the rain reading them. Gamers like to game! Not read.
