First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Well the logo has a huge empty space then it takes an excruciating time to load. That is a huge logo. Try and make it a smaller file size or change the pixels to make the overall image smaller. It took 30 Seconds to get fully loaded.
The red is a really nice touch! I love the nav bar, it looks clean and professional, I really like it! I am not sure what the Game controllers have to do with your websites theme but they look good with how you have it laid out. I also like the gradients in the nav bar, it makes it look so smooth! Very great job appearance wise.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The forums looks well placed, the member question area is inside the member forum, the intro forum is right where it should be, all your forums match their category very well. Nothing looks out of place or just thrown in.
I like the events at the bottom that refreshes, that is a very nice touch and is not in the way or far out.
I do think the Off Topic forum and General Discussion are the same thing and recommend you just have either or. It makes no sense having two off topic forums.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Exactly 1100 posts on your forum. For being open around 30 days, this is a really great achievement. It shows your members like your forums and use all the resources givin to them. I see most users post in the general themed area and not the off topic chats, which shows you are attracting the right crowd to your forum. I would introduce something new, something that will get your postings up even higher, maybe a new forum no clan forum has done yet. Dare to be different.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I didn't see a legend but telling from past Mybb experience, having one mod and an admin is almost the perfect look on your forum, you keep posts well moderated and keep users chatting. Your mod takes care of business and isn't a slacker, as lazy staff always brings a forum down no matter what kind of forum you are. I would keep this how it is until you have more activity, for now, this is the perfect mixture.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Seeing as most forums would require a description on each forum to make it look god, your passes! The forum titles explain it enough, no need to put a length description. Having a good forum title will sometimes by-pass the need to have forum descriptions.
I Clan Recruiting, I would revise "Is you clan lacking players? Post here and see if any one shows up. " to be "Is your clan lacking players? Post here and see if any one shows up. ". Missing an R bud.
In the Private Clan, you misspelled "Against". In Clan Websites I would change "What people to know about your clan's website? Post here." to "Want people to know about your clan's website? Post here."

Final Remarks:
This is an excellent clans forum. This forum is one of the best I have seen. It is laid out very neat, has a great theme, good logo, and has plenty of activity for your forum's age. I would continue down the road your headed with this forum.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I liked the nice and clean theme as well as the near perfect amount of staff. I also like how the forums are laid out, and not just thrown together.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Probably the load time for the logo, it seemed to go really slow at first, but after a while it starts to go faster, changing this to a smaller size would be a good idea.
