First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Pretty much the first thing I saw when I opened the page, was the Ad. It is in a high visibility spot, but I think having a user that likes no Ads is a lot better than making money from them. I refreshed your page a few times and noticed you had a rotating banner. All of them fit in nicely, and look great. 1 thing on that though, up the top you have some weird dark grey area's, and the banner isnt fully the width of the header, as there is a bit of light grey at the left and right edges. Your theme looks great, the light green blends well with the grey. I like the colours for the different staff at your forum, they match with the theme. I also like the new post/topic icons, they are simple yet you can easily tell if there is a new post or topic.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Let me just say, you have made a big mistake right at first glance. You added the General discussion before the Clan sections. People come to your forum, mainly wanting to talk about Clans. When they have to scroll down the page every time they want to switch to another Clan forum, they will not be happy. If you have it right there, so on refresh or on entering the index page, and they can just click on it, and not have to move the scroll wheel a little bit. Also, I would move the Introductions into the Important Information category, and maybe name that category ClanSport related or something like that. Also I noticed your games section was higher than the Clans one, a big no-no, for the above reason.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Hmm, lets see, opened on the 31st, which means it has been 8 days. With 293 posts, that means you get around 35-36 posts per day. That is quite good, consider you have only just opened. On that matter though, I am a little worried about the actual Clan section. Some are empty, maybe you could add some activity to them to spice them up a bit. Being your main topic related category has the least amount of posts by far, that is quite a worry. You have 7 users, including yourself, on in the last 24 hours. That is 1 fifth of all users. That is good, it shows you still have a healthy and active userbase.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Woah, you are way overstaffed. You have 4 Mod's and 1 Admin. That is 1 member of staff to only 6 members. If I were you, be a lone ranger at least until you hit maybe 50 members. If you really want 1 member of staff up until then, keep one, but having that many just scares me and will probably scare potential members. Looking at that, all members of staff apart from yourself have less than 30 posts. 1 has 0 posts, and 1 has 3. I think they would be the first to go. They are clearly inactive, and have not been there in the last 24 hours.

Apart from that, no mistakes on your behalf, apart from a few capitalization errors, call of duty should be Call of Duty etc.
