Classic Movie: Star Wars

The very first Star Wars movie was a big hit that the word Jedi had become part of the dictionary. The cute robot named R2D2 and C3PO were adorable especially to children. And the story? Even if it is an ultra futuristic movie with a setting of many millennia from now, the movie goers were satisfied and the proof is the number of awards it won in the Oscars. But with the succeeding sequels and prequels, it did not sell much although the producers had recouped their investments.

They're great movies, a bit overrated but still good. I wouldn't be surprised if they made 30 more of them.

Mixing Roman empire type stuff with a high tech futuristic world was something new and original at the time.

Star Wars is hands down my favorite series EVER. The original 3 are my favorite. They started a science fiction revolution.

I have way too many collectibles and unnecessary items that I shouldn't have in my 20's but oh well.
