I just wiped down my top and touch screen of my Nintendo 2 DS with a sort of off brand glass cleaner that works just like Windex I sprayed a tiny bit on a paper towel and wiped both screens down. It did the job and turned out great but is Windex OK to use on stuff like this?

I dont see why not. On my daughters 3DS i prefer to use a LCD cleaner you can buy at like BestBuy or something. The cost is comparible to Windex and does a great job

I suppose it doesn't matter what you use as long as it doesn't damage the screens either way right.

Yup as long as you arent using anything abrasive

Also as long as I don't wreck my 2DS the same way I wrecked my laptop screen when I had a laptop computer. Sprayed it right on the screen and wrecked the screen right away. I learned, you lesson that time that's for sure.

Ya with the LCD screen cleaners you can get you can get away with spraying the screen. I dont know about Windex

Nexxtech makes a good product for cleaning LCD screens. Thats what i use

When I want to clean my phone or laptop screen, I just spit on my shirt. Y'all are high class. :tearsofjoy:

Spit and polished is a no no for me. Same goes for tablets too. I only do spit and polish when I have absolutely nothing available.

Glasses cleaner, or any specifically branded screen cleaner, would probably do. I can't imagine these screens being vulnerable, except maybe the touch screen on the bottom.
