hi 😳

i know a lot of you are all fan of computers and know a lot about them (im assuming , looking at all these topics 😉 )

i have a question..... what is the most cheapest and most simple way for me to clean my notebook and clear out all dust that may be in it?

its definitely not a brand new one so i assume dust shall be in it , having it on a lot over the past few years :shake:

i done some research myself but i just wanna know more about it
because even though i may not be a total noob on a computer... when it comes to other technical stuff around computers, ...... i get a little insecure because i really dont know how to do this

should i just take it somewhere and let somebody else do it for me? hoping they wont ask too much money lol

or what other options are there?

THANK YOU :great:

What Netbook Is It?.

You could try taking It apart, then use a can of air to blow the dust out.

lol
im afraid if i do that i mess things up , if you know what i mean
im really not the person that is good with such things xD

or is it really easy?

Its Easy If you Just use common sense, Ie, Dont force the cover off, make sure the clips are undone, and no cables get pulled.

There likely isn't that much dust. I wouldn't worry about it to the point of taking apart your laptop for the first time (no experience w/ it). If your laptop is getting super hot and overheating that is one thing but if it's just because it's in your head that it is something you need to do...forget it.

Grab some lysol wipes and q-tips and clean the exterior. Blow out any crumb/dirt from the keyboard. Move on, your laptop will live. 🙂

thanks

it actually does get really hot sometimes
and i figured that was cause the thingys thats suppose to get the air out is not on the right places lol, but i found something to fix that i suppose

im not sure why it gets so hot sometimes
i know it can be caused by dust OR other things ... like programs using too much cpu use, right

okay thanks

Some laptops just get hot. I had a higher end Dell a few years back (2006-ish) that I could legitimately cook an egg on while running anything hefty on my resources.

If getting hot is a new thing, then maybe you have a reason to explore (sometimes a fan can get 'caught'). If nothing is changed and everything is behaving normal then I wouldn't worry about it.

im sorry, what?

you mean a fan from inside the computer?

I would say unless you are noticing serious performance issues, then I would leave it alone and just clean the exterior of the notebook.

well i dont think so

but i do hear some cracky sounds here and there when i turn up music real loud on youtube or so

That is probably more to do with your speakers/sound card than it is to do with anything else 😛

The crackling sound is most likely due to distortion from setting your speakers to load. I think using a high quality set of external speakers or better headphones to listen to music would make your sound less distorted.

Audio on YouTube is usually not the best audio because the video is compressed, so it can stream/download faster, so turning up the volume may make poor quality audio in video more noticeable.

A lot of the audio on YouTube video is poor quality because it is recorded with microphones on pocket camcorders, digital cameras or smartphones if you are watching non-professional videos.

thanks for the info guys

well i dont hear crack noises only when im on youtube ''i think''

i hear them at random moments too
coming from the side of the computer

maybe the speakers are getting rusty and old.... hmm

If you have external speakers at home try using them instead 🙂
