Hi, I am looking for a designer to create forum rank sets that I can distribute on my forum rank database, Free Forum Ranks. Proper credit will be given to the designer, so I will not take credit for your work or anything like that. I am willing to pay via PayPal for this. We'll negotiate the price. I don't have any specifications on the rank sets I'm seeking. I'm just looking for quality ranks to share with the world. 🙂
