The name is FreePosts4U and I am looking for a slogan to go with it. 🙂

Also, a slight flaw in your website. If the website hits it big, the packagers won't be able to do all the posts. For example I have nearly 5,000 posts here. No amount of staff would be able to do 5,000 posts on my website.

It doesn't work like that. You post on our forum for the rate of 1 cash per post and 1.5 per thread. You can then redeem 10-30 posts for the rate of 1 cash per post. If it gets busy, I will hire more packagers. 😉
