Hello there,

Skeptic Thinkers is now hosting a referral contest in the hopes of boosting our active member base and this time the stakes are high! The contest will last until February 12th. The top three competitors will receive prizes. Money will be sent via paypal.

1. First place will receive 150$ in Cash.
2. Second place will receive 100$ in Cash.
3. Third Place will receive 50$ in Cash

The rules: (Must Read)
Contestants are not allowed to duplicate accounts. You are not allowed to sign up and refer yourself to the forum. You must have at least 5 posts in the forum to participate. An active referred member is worth 10 inactive referred members. Active is defined by having 5 or more posts. We maintain the right to expel anyone found cheating from the contest. PM flamesaglory on Skeptic Thinkers in order to participate.

wait the contest wen t from 120 dollars one prize to 3 prizes worth 300?

I wont be joining because something about this contest seems a little fishy to me.

There are two different contests going on and to answer your questions, I received the 120$ for the first competition for my birthday. My parents gave me a 1000$ for Christmas and I am allotting myself 500$ to spend on the forum. Its an investment.<br /><br />-- 13 Jan 2013, 17:11 --<br /><br />If its too "fishy" for you I can lower the prizes, I had hoped that it would help generate interest if there was higher prizes.
