Writer Promotion

Please review my forum. 🙂 I decided to start a forum in the writing/blogging/publishing niche. Being an author myself, this is an area I love! Think of it like Chick-fil-a...it's founded on Christian values but all are welcome! 🙂 I am working on finding a good theme that fits with the writing niche.

One feature I added was Staff blogs, which vary in niche (these are specific categories in the Articles section strictly for Staff). It's an added perk for those on Staff. With WP being a writing-focused forum, I think having the blogs fits nicely!

what happen to the light theme edtion, I say a nice light theme would be nice. Plus getting logos and all that boring stuff done. Once the site is so good-looking people want to join and get content going 😛

I like the dark color. I need to organize my music lesson site like that, so the lessons are in the front, not hidden.

I decided to go with a darker theme that is easier on the eyes when reading. 🙂 I just added a new logo this morning. Working on the mobile version so I can have the progressive web app ready as well!

I think so too. There are a few writing forums around, but none that I have found for promoting writing.

It depends on who you want to grab the most. You want it to be a website first or a forum first? Per your other answer, I'd put the forum as the homepage with a link to the articles. 🙂
