The visits are automated by a system of visiting for visiting. Each time they visit your site. They wont be able to visit it again for at least another 3-4 hours. Since its in rotation many people will be doing this = Unique visits.

Please yourself... If you actually bothered being honest and providing more details on the quality of the traffic you might have more people willing to take you up on the offer.

People want to know details before they hand over money so people are always going to ask questions. If you don't like answering them, then exchanges might not be good for you then.
